I think that the scooters would be safer if we wore a helmet. This took me back to when me and my cousin was riding on the footpath and a car pulled out of the driveway. But luckily our brakes didn't fail. But I don't think they should be banned! Maybe they could automatically reduce the speed if you go down hills to make it a little more safer to ride.
